Tribal 8(a) sole source contracting with Viridis Point LLC provides several unique advantages to federal customers, such as an accelerated acquisition process, expedited delivery of mission-essential services, and reduced program costs.

Accelerated Acquisition: Under SBA regulations, tribal 8(a) firms are eligible for sole source awards up to $100 million (DoD) and $25 million (civilian agencies) without justification and approval (J&A) and unlimited with J&A.
